3 months to 2 years

Daycare

Held with care.

The first years are about trust. Our carers stay with the same babies and toddlers day after day, so each child is fed, settled and comforted by someone who knows them.

Routines follow the child rather than the clock, and you hear how the day went every time you collect.

Nursery

Taking shape through play.

Between three and five, children learn fastest by doing. Baby Class, Middle Class and Top Class use play, song and story to build language, number sense and confidence.

By the end of Top Class, children are ready to walk into Grade 1. They can listen, take turns, hold a pencil and say what they think.

Primary

Ready to catch the light.

Primary follows the Rwandan curriculum, taught in English, from Grade 1 to Grade 6. Class teachers know each child well, and specialist teachers add depth in languages, science, the arts and sport.

We expect a great deal of our pupils and give them the support to rise to it. They leave for secondary school curious, confident and able to study on their own.
